Overview eREV is seeking a Production Team Lead for our facility in Ladson, South Carolina. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of shipper packers within a pharmacy production environment. This role focuses on managing productivity, performance standards, and workflow while ensuring adherence to corporate values and employment policies. The Team Lead will work closely with Supervisors, Facility Manager and client to carry out established client operations processes, procedures, and policies.

Full-Time First Shift :

5:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday and Saturdays as required $21.00 per hour plus full benefits

Address staff concerns, day-to-day operational, quality, and professional issues. Work in production as needed. Orient and train newly hired shipper/packers and assist with evaluating performance Conduct 90 day and Annual Performance Evaluations Work with the client to implement programs and process improvements to enhance service levels. Analyze operations and overall efficiencies of the pharmacy production floor with other production Team Leads, Supervisors and Facility Manager Serve as a point of escalation for issues requiring higher expertise. Represent production team in cross-functional meetings and projects. Track and monitor employee’s safety, compliance to quality, service and production standards. Complete other special projects and tasks as assigned. Qualifications To be considered for this position, Production Team Lead candidates must have: High school diploma or GED Relevant operations experience in pharmacy, warehouse, distribution, production, manufacturing, or engineering. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop, train, and coach team members; supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of lean or process improvement methodologies. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions. Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with other departments. MUST have very good attendance MUST be able to stand 9 hours daily MUST be able to work 5am to 2:30pm and on Saturday if required

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment. Six Sigma Certification desired OSHA and Workers’ Compensation experience is desired. EEO eRev is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
