The Role The Production Trainee will support manufacturing processes by learning and supporting various production tasks including quality control, equipment operation and production monitoring while adhering to all health and safety standards. Work is performed in the shipbuilding construction environment involving exposure to outside temperatures (both summer and winter), confined spaces, and elevated work areas. In addition, crawling, lifting, climbing vertical ladders and wearing respiratory equipment will be expected.
