Who You Are:

As FLEET Warranty Specialist, you will drive production processes within the FLEET Warranty work cell. Candidate will possess strong technical skills in the areas of craft assembly, finishing, wiring, and final assembly. Aptitude for troubleshooting issues is important in this role, along with ability to multi-task. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and possess a positive attitude in the face of high volumes of work. The Warranty Specialist works closely with the warranty team, Service Operations Director, and Client Service team to support all levels of client needs within the Warranty Cell. A Day in the

Life:

Responsible for troubleshooting client issues as presented by Client Service team Perform assigned rework based on solutions determined in collaboration with Client Service team Independently complete rework based on lead time expectation while maintaining highest level of UECo quality Monitor rework schedule to ensure materials and parts arrive as needed based on due date by communicating with Purchasing, Source and Inventory teams Communicate with Client Service team regarding production issues or delays within cell Maintain visually organized flow of work in progress Provide input on process improvements within the FLEET Warranty cell Provide regular feedback to Service Operations Director and product engineers regarding product quality and opportunities for improvements in design or packaging Assist with VIP and Marketing projects, as needed Maintain working knowledge of new and existing production techniques, including awareness of revisions and build methods Prioritize high volumes of jobs and shift focus quickly as requested by Client Service team What Will Set You Up for

Success:

Prior craft/artisan trade experience Problem solving mindset Knowledge of PPE and safety standards Ability to read/follow/interpret product schematics Ability to learn and demonstrate expertise with UECo products and craftsmanship techniques Familiarity with basic hand tools and some special trade equipment: glasscutter, orbital, grinder, bandsaw, etc. Ability to mix and apply custom finish techniques as needed to repair any defects that may become apparent after shipping or installation

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50lbs
