What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating and monitoring up to 8 heads of embroidery simultaneously. Efficiently hooping hats and other apparel blanks for decoration. Performing rigorous quality assurance checks on undecorated blanks and finished products to ensure our high standards are met. Maintaining a high level of production output in a demanding environment.

What We’re Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods during your shift. A military background is a huge plus – we value discipline, teamwork, and commitment. A self-starter who is eager to learn and committed to excellence. Knowledge of the broader garment decoration industry is a plus, but not required. Experience with Happy Japan Embroidery machines or prior embroidery experience is a bonus, but we’re ready to train the right individual!
