Expectations & Responsibilities:

Teach private lessons, adult and junior clinics, as well as adult camps Organize and run Corporate Events, Team Building Outings Organize and run Open Play and Round Robins Must have an outgoing and pleasant personality and enjoy working with people. Self-motivated and excellent communication skills. Ability to be flexible. Guest oriented skills. Excellent organizational skills. Upholds the core values and policies & procedures of the resort. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Certified PPR Pickleball Pro certification required. Previous teaching experience required. Must work both independently and in a team environment. Good to Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Must be able to pass a background check.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in a fast paced, intense work environment, sometimes under extreme heat and stress. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds across short-medium distance.
