Fertilizer Production Worker Position Available In Darlington, South Carolina

Fertilizer Production Worker Tri est Ag Group Darlington, SC Liberty Acres Fertilizer Corporation is looking for a focused, committed, and versatile individual to fill the vacancy of a Fertilizer Production Worker. This position is responsible for general plant operations and the production of liquid fertilizer in our Darlington, SC manufacturing facility. Training will be provided on all processes of manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of general plant operations (with oversight).

Some specific responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities Manufacturing fertigation-grade liquid fertilizers Manage inventory of products for the line of fertilizers Blending custom fertilizer blends Handling dry materials Plant housekeeping and general mechanical maintenance Loading and unloading delivery trucks This position is in the outside elements, candidate must be able to adapt as needed. The position is guaranteed forty hours per week with seasonal overtime. Required Skills General knowledge of plumbing and some maintenance Must know how to operate a skid steer loader Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including standing, climbing, bending, and lifting occasionally up to 50 lbs or more Effective communication Cross training in other areas of blending, and general maintenance Strong time management and organization skills Sound leadership skills Positive work ethic Positive attitude Valid driver’s license Good driving record Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary Benefits include health insurance, 401K match, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and paid parental leave
