Production Team Lead Location:
Summerville, SC 1st Shift, 6:30am-2:30pm 2nd Shift, 2:30pm-10:30pm Starting Pay $23.00 per hour HTI is looking for candidates to fill a direct hire Production Team Lead at IFA Rotorion, where you will play a key role in overseeing assembly line operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and supporting team members to achieve production goals. Requirements of Production Team Lead:
High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree in manufacturing preferred At least 2 years of manufacturing experience (automotive industry preferred) Previous experience leading a team in a production setting Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with SAP and Forcam systems is a plus Ability to use measurement tools such as gauges and calipers Ability to lift 50lbs or more repetitively Must be able to work at a computer terminal and analyze work processes Good vision and hearing required for safety and effective communication Benefits for

Production Team Lead:
Set up and oversee production lines to fulfill specific orders Lead and direct operator activities to ensure efficiency and quality Train new employees and ensure adherence to safety and ergonomic standards Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (safety, quality, delivery, and cost) Perform audits to ensure work instructions and inspection plans are followed Track and report hourly performance using digital and physical production boards Adjust staffing and workflow to meet production goals and address challenges Collaborate with maintenance and support teams to troubleshoot equipment issues Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S/Total Productive Maintenance practices Perform other assigned duties as needed
