MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION WORKERS

for a manufacturing plant in

TRENTON, SC.

Applicants must pass a drug test to be considered.

Shift:

12 hours

Pay Rates:

Range from 11.25 to 25.00 per hour based on experience, job duties and shift. A 50 cent differential is paid for night shift Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care Report any machinery issues to management Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals Maintain a clean and safe work area Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management Follow all written and verbal instructions Attend all safety and production training Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends Production Associate Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience in production work is strongly preferred Must be able to work nights and weekends or an extra shift if needed Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment which means it is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals Good communication skills Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting 50 lbs., bending, standing, climbing stairs, walking, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching for the entire shift Must be able to learn forklift operation Must be able to operate large industrial machinery Must be able to stand for a 12 hour shift Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Able to perform repetitive tasks Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug test
