- General Production Associates

This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in any of the following areas: assembly, electrical work, fabrication, labor, machining, painting, production, or welding. You will be responsible for various production activities including sorting, packaging, material handling, basic assembly, equipment operation, and inspection to support our manufacturing operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Perform basic component assembly and packaging + Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively + Transport materials using forklift, carts, hand tools, or cranes + Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics + Inspect and test completed units for quality + Perform basic maintenance and lubrication on parts + Measure, weigh, and count components + Identify and tag materials appropriately + Grind, blast, or adjust parts as needed + Follow safety and housekeeping standards at all times + Complete other duties as assigned •Qualifications•+ 0-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment + Forklift experience preferred + Familiarity with hand and power tools + Basic math and measuring skills + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings + Assembly experience preferred + Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools is a plus + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills + Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs + Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team •Apply now•to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment.
