Production Associate in Apparel Manufacturing Blazon Apparel + Print 5337 Highway 321, Gaston, SC 29053 What You’ll Do ️ Run a Brother Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printer to print full-color designs on apparel Assist with embroidery on apparel and hats (we’re happy to train you if you’re new) Operate a heat press to apply artwork to garments Inspect garments for quality before packing ️ Tag and label products for retail and shipping Fold and pack orders neatly and professionally Check inventory and confirm stock levels Use basic computer tools to print labels and track orders What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to fold and pack garments neatly Comfortable using a computer and label printer Dependable, positive attitude , and eager to learn new skills Prior experience in DTG, embroidery, or apparel production is a plus—but not required We’re happy to train the right person who’s reliable, coachable, and excited to grow with us Perks Paid training on embroidery equipment Great team culture and growth potential Flexible hours possible for the right candidate Discounted custom gear and apparel
Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hours may vary week to week, and the schedule is flexible based on workload Summary As an Apparel Production Associate specializing in DTG and Embroidery, you will be integral to the garment manufacturing process, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Your core skills in operating sewing machines and sewing will be essential in producing high-quality apparel. With premium expertise in garment construction and relevant experience in manufacturing and warehouse operations, you will contribute to efficient production workflows. Additionally, proficiency in computer skills will aid in managing production schedules and inventory, ensuring that our team meets organizational goals while delivering exceptional products.
