Role:

This is a full-time manufacturing position where you’ll help produce high-quality cabinets used in homes across the region. Team members are placed into the department that fits them best— Cabinet Assembly or Door Production —based on skills, interest, and team need. You’ll stay primarily in one department, but you’ll be cross-trained so you can help in other areas if needed. The skills are shared across both areas, and teamwork is essential no matter where you’re placed.

Departmental Duties:

CABINET ASSEMBLY TEAM

Build cabinet boxes using pre-cut parts and hand tools. Assemble drawer boxes, hinge doors, and install hardware. Inspect and package finished cabinets with care. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

DOOR PRODUCTION TEAM

Cut and label stiles, rails, and center panels using saws and CNC machines. Band edges, drill for dowels, and assemble doors by hand. Glue, clamp, and prepare doors for finishing. Organize parts by job and size for production flow.
