Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This role will primarily focus on operatingsetting up a Schenk Balancing Machine, ensuring products meet qualityperformance standards. The ideal candidate will also assist with deburring, packing,other general manufacturing tasks as needed to support workflowproduction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Setupoperate dynamic balancing equipment for precision compressor rotors. Complete the associated productioninspection documentation. Deburr parts using rotary pneumatic tools. Assist with cleaning, packing,preparing parts for shipment. Maintain a cleanorganized work area in compliance with safetyquality standards. Collaborate with team members to support smooth workflowminimize downtime. Participate in cross-training for other shop floor tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a Schenk Balancing Machine or similar precision machinery is a preferred. Comfortable using common measurement tools. Strong mechanical aptitudeattention to detail. Ability to readfollow work instructionsbasic drawings. Dependable work ethic with a commitment to qualitysafety. Willingness to learnadapt in a small-team environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
