WAI Global Production Associate – Disassembly III in Spartanburg

POSITION SUMMARY
The individual in this role is responsible for the production of a variety of rotating electrical products (Alternators and Starters), including disassembly, assembly, testing and packaging.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Disassemble rotating electrical products preserving and separating parts for reuse Tumble and clean parts as required Maintain cadence of disassembly in order to keep pace of line and attain production targets and metrics Perform daily production tasks in a safe and efficient manner Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and ready for use Maintain accurate records of work performed on time and within budget Participate in a collaborative work environment utilizing effective communication and willingness to cross train to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development. Comply with comprehensive safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to ensure a secure work environment and maintain a safety-conscious culture. Follow all 5S principles and guidelines daily to optimize workflow, efficiency, and a clean work environment. Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
