GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for the collection and input of production numbers, hours and all data related to the productivity in the distribution center. Accounts payable processing and assist with in collecting data for budgeting. Researches through DCIS all merchandising and accounts payable issues. Develops and maintains the Cubing Stats and Hotel Mix reports on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Preparation of daily production reporting Gather information to submit daily forecasts Collection of data for budgeting Accounts Payable Processing Ordering production supplies Tracking of physical inventory and supplies reporting Ad hoc reporting Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
High School graduate Material experience in Accounts Payable processing (required). Material experience with “month end” closing and basic financial forecasting (required) Strong understanding of DCIS, RDM or related WMS systems Strong P.C. skills including Microsoft Excel and Word Must pass Word II, Excel II, and Math Aptitude testing. Knowledge of distribution center processing, merchandise production, planning and scheduling Strong analytical and organizational skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA

Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor. Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands. Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
