Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Racker to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring parts are positioned correctly to maintain quality standards and optimize production efficiency. Duties Rack and un-rack automotive parts onto designated fixtures or carriers according to production schedules and part specifications. Inspect parts for damage, defects, or contamination prior to racking. Follow proper orientation and spacing guidelines to ensure parts receive even treatment during finishing processes. Communicate any issues with parts, equipment, or processes to team leaders or supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating attention to detail. Schedule Full-time position with an 8-hour shift. Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. Benefits Insurance Options (after 60 days): Dental, Vision, and Health (payroll deduction).
