Production Associate – Vienna Coffee Company Vienna Coffee 212 College Street, Maryville, TN 37804 Mission and Job Summary Vienna Coffee Company’s mission is to provide craft coffee that enriches the lives of customers and producers alike by providing an experience grounded in excellence and hospitality. Production Associates are responsible for keeping output on the production floor moving in an efficient manner. They are responsible for order fulfillment, order accuracy, maintaining a clean workspace, and attending to production needs: stocking inventory, prepping materials, and receiving shipments. Production Associates must have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus & energy in a fast paced, changing environment. Production & Fulfillment Job Responsibilities Accurate grinding, weighing, filling, & packaging coffee in bags as well as other production activities to fulfill customer orders Establish & maintain an efficient workflow Stock inventoried items Diligently maintain an organized & clean work environment Assist with & monitor incoming/outgoing shipments Adhere to all safety & health regulations Represent VCC with passion & enthusiasm while conducting business with the highest ethical standards Potential Job Responsibilities Deliver customer orders Attain forklift certification Potential Job Responsibilities -Working with Customer Service Team to: Assign & route weekly deliveries Communicate any customer needs Distribute VCC info Collect payments when applicable Basic Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs Capable to stand on feet for long periods of time Ability to work independently & participate cohesively as a team member Have initiative to prioritize work responsibilities, stay organized, meet deadlines, & achieve production goals Clear written & verbal communication skills Positive interpersonal skills Scheduling flexibility for varying production volume Pass a background check Clean driving record Schedule Expectations Standard Production/Fulfillment schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm If delivering, hours are adjusted for a 4:30am-10am delivery window.
