The ideal candidate will have experience in factory operations and a strong understanding of assembly line processes. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various types of production equipment, including forklifts and power tools. Assemble components and fabricate products according to specifications on the assembly line. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with equipment and report any significant concerns to supervisors. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, including receiving and storing materials. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable. Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required. Ability to work effectively on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail and quality assurance. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
