The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires knowledge of fermentaion safety standards, and equipment, as well as experience in warehouse operations and equipment handling. Duties Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring quality control. Fabricate components as needed for production processes. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines throughout all operational tasks. Utilize pallet jacks for the movement of materials within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Skills Familiarity with food safety practices, fermentation support, distilling operations. Experience in warehouse operations and the ability to operate palletjacks safely. Knowledge of packaging processes within the food industry. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
