This role is essential to our manufacturing process, ensuring thatevery screen meets our high-quality standards before it reaches ourcustomers. What You’ll Do As a Screener, you will play a vital rolein assembling and ensuring the quality of our window and patio doorscreens.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assembly & ToolOperation Use hand tools to install mesh into pre-assembled screenframes for a finished product. Maintain a steady workflow byensuring materials move efficiently between production stages.

Perform periodic checks on completed screens to ensure consistencyand adherence to company standards. Quality Control ⪻oblem-Solving Monitor production for inconsistencies and reportany concerns to your supervisor. Identify and resolve minorproduction issues, escalating significant problems when necessary.

Safety & Maintenance Keep tools, equipment, and workstations in topworking condition. Follow all safety protocols and participate inongoing training to maintain a safe work environment. The ideal candidate willhave:

Experience & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalentpreferred. 2+ years of related manufacturing experience(window/door industry a plus!). Lean manufacturing and processimprovement experience preferred. Attention to Detail ⪻oblem-

Ability to follow instructions, maintainaccuracy, and multitask effectively. Strong troubleshooting skillsand ability to resolve minor production issues independently.
