• We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers, focusing on case sealing and preparation for shipment. This role is integral in ensuring that products are properly handled before leaving the plant, and it requires teamwork and physical effort.
• Responsibilities
• + Stack cases and prepare them for shipment. + Engage in physically demanding tasks, including constant lifting. + Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Essential Skills
• + Production + Assembly + Machine operation + Inspection + Mechanical skills
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Proficiency in using hand and power tools + Ability to read blueprints + Experience with tape measures + Prior manufacturing or production experience is advantageous + Capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.

• Work Environment
• Work in a modern, climate-controlled facility. Begin with day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM for three months during training, then transition to night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. The facility promotes teamwork and requires adherence to safety standards and dress code.

• This is a Contract position based out of Kingston Springs, Tennessee.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
