Our work is fueled by creativity, precision, and speed. We produce everything from cryptids to national parks and custom designs in-house—and we’re looking for a skilled and flexible Production Assistant “Floater” to join our hands-on team.

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Production Assistant “Floater” who can operate Tajima embroidery machines, create dye-sublimated patches using Cricut and heat presses, fulfill customer orders, and assist with product photography and photo editing. You’ll float between tasks and departments to keep production and shipping moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Tajima embroidery machines Assist in Cricut-based dye sublimation printing and pressing Perform photo editing for product listings using tools like Photoshop or Canva Fulfill daily orders from Etsy, eBay, and Amazon , including printing labels and packing Quality-check embroidered and sublimated patches Upload product photos and help with basic listing tasks Maintain an organized workspace and follow production schedules

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced with Tajima or commercial embroidery machines Familiar with Cricut , sublimation printers, and heat presses Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) Detail-oriented and dependable with strong time management

Bonus:

Prior experience with e-commerce platforms like Etsy, e

Bay, or Amazon Requirements:

Must be able to work on-site High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable learning new tools and production processes Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs
