Job Description
Production Assistant Dose Cafe and Dram Bar Nashville, TN 37208 Dose Nashville is looking to hire one, full-time Production Assistant. This role will be in part responsible for ensuring high quality of product and efficient, clean, and safe working practices and is ultimately responsible for the production and distribution of iced coffee, daily deliveries between all Dose Nashville locations, along with some miscallenous tasks.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the production and distribution of iced coffee for all Dose locations, daily. Regular maintenance of all brewing related equipment and iced coffee kegs. Daily maintenance of production space in general: Daily brewing and backflushing of Espresso bar equipment. Daily cleaning at the end of each day including but not limited to: Vacuuming of floors Cleaning and wiping down all counters, coffee tables, workspaces, etc. Taking out of trash on Tuesday mornings (in offices and loft workspace as well) Cleaning of bathrooms weekly. Weekly completion of small jobs, where applicable. A weekly list will be provided (typically on Tuesday afternoons) of small job items that need to be addressed for the upcoming week. Some examples of this could include touch-up paint jobs, removing broken items from the stores to the office to be fixed, storage room organization, etc. Pay for this position is $20/hr, with a set eight hour work day of either 8-4 or 9-5. This position will most likely have a set schedule of Sunday-Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. Applicants MUST be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid Driver’s License. This position will be eligible for comprehensive Health, Vision and Dental insurance after 180 days of employment. Previous experience in a coffee production environment is not required, but encouraged.
