Production Associate in Nashville, TN 37209 Job Description We are seeking motivated and dedicated Production Associates to join our team at the plant. You will work in various departments, responsible for achieving production goals set by supervisors. This role involves machine operation, quality inspection, assembly, and packaging products for shipment. You will be cross-trained across departments and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift. Responsibilities Operate machines efficiently in assigned departments. Inspect product quality visually to ensure standards are met. Assemble and pack products for shipment. Maintain production goals as set by supervisors. Participate in cross-training across different departments. Essential Skills General production and labor skills. Experience in assembly and manufacturing. Work Environment You will work in an automotive glass manufacturing facility with a union environment under UAW. The schedule is flexible, as shifts may change. Departments operate on various shifts, including 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, across fabrication, EPBL, HST, Value Add, and Float departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
