As an integral part of the crew, the Web helper is primarily responsible for stacking products from the press while in production. The position requires moving pallets, helping the rest of the crew make ready the press, and assisting with general maintenance. Total compensation includes competitive base pay, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

Essential Functions:

Preparing the delivery section of the press to receive product at production speed. As the press is running, stack products and place into Gaylord containers or on pallets as required. Assist press crew in maintaining consistent quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work as a team with the press crews in overall operation of the press. Move loads of products using pallet jacks and forklifts. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production goals. Responsible for any other tasks requested by management.

Qualifications:
