RMF Production Operator / 1st Shift Position Available In Dyer, Tennessee

Job Description Danfoss in Newbern, Tennessee is looking for an RMF Production Operator (line loader, batch off and compounder). This is a 1st Shift position.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Maintain a safe work environment and use proper safety devices as provided. Abide by and actively promote all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures. Must be able to lift 25 to 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods. Ensure all material available for next run per the production schedule prior to starting set-up of machine. Load material onto machine per spec sheets and standard operating instructions. Run machines per spec sheet and operating instructions, completing required quality checks, operating and quality paperwork, travelers, etc. as required. Aid in development and continuous improvement of Standardized Work documentation on an on-going basis. Background & Skills High School diploma or Equivalent – Required and verified. Excellent attendance record. Strong performance record. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Effective communication skills. Problem solving. Work in a team environment.
