This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components and products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in various manufacturing processes. You will work closely with engineers and other specialists to maintain production standards and improve operational efficiency. Duties Operate and maintain Roll Former, Trim Break, etc. Perform cutting as required for product assembly. Conduct basic math calculations to assist in measurements and material requirements. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in the manufacturing process. Assist in tooling setup and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on programming, machining, or related fields. Basic math skills for calculations related to production tasks. Familiarity with tooling processes and equipment maintenance. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
