What We’re Looking For:
A leader with a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering – or equivalent expertise in rubber technology. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, molding, rubber compounding, molding machine , or related fields. Proven success in process optimization and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills. A collaborative mindset with a passion for achieving results as part of a team. Willingness to travel overseas to leverage global expertise if needed.
