INDUSTRIAL PAINT MIXER NEEDED
– $19.00/HR!! Responsible for the preparation and testing of the raw paint material prior to painting Ability to follow instructions based on scheduling and testing of paint (viscosity, rheology, pH and resistivity measurements) Able to note correct paint products and batches are used when required To sequence paint material onto the loading stations in a timely manner as to not cause any disruptions to the paint line. Understand the importance of 6S principles and carry them out efficiently. Communicate directly with the paint technicians and able to give immediate feedback on paint quantities and systems loaded. Follow strict health and safety requirements when dealing with hazardous materials. Follow the strict cleanliness guidelines and PPE requirements in the designated areas. Cleaning and maintaining mixing equipment Perform other duties as assigned This position may require assisting with all facets of waste removal from the paint department and sludge process, up to and including hazardous and nonhazardous waste
