- Friday Pay is dependent upon experience Requirements | Previous machine operator experience + Ability to read a tape measure + Basic math skills + Precision with color + Computer skills + The ability to lift 25 pounds Assistant Machine Operator Duties Helping the machine operator feed materials into a machine.
