• Qualified to do all the jobs within the Operator I scope A certified forklift operator.

Operates forklift for various tasks. Ensures proper ticketing and labeling of boxes. Lifts weights up to 55 lbs. Wears all PPE as required by policies. Attends scheduled safety training. Follows all Health & Safety policies and procedures. Must maintain a clean work environment and be responsible for ensuring the production area is kept in respectable manner at all times. Works various hours and overtime, as situations require.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No direct supervisory responsibility but provides functional or technical guidance to other staff within a work group or unit. May be required to provide some advice on policies and procedures to staff. Required Skills/Abilities Applies general clerical/trade knowledge and skills. Understands basic methods, records, specifications and/or equipment within own work unit. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. A minimum of one year of previous manufacturing or operating experience is required. Previous exposure to forklift operation is strongly desired but not required.
