Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printer Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality prints, and occasionally assisting with customer interactions. This role higly prefers knowledge in printing T-shirts, signs (banners, yard signs, ACM boards, vehicle decals, magnets), and vinyl installation. Experience with large-format printers is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain printing equipment, including T-shirt printers, sign printers, and large-format printers. Produce high-quality prints for various products, including banners, yard signs, ACM boards, vehicle decals, and magnets. Install vinyl as needed for projects. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Take customer orders, provide quotes, and assist with customer inquiries when required. Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with large-format printers. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting printing equipment. Knowledge of vinyl installation techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
