no exceptions. Monday to Thursday 10 hour shifts Job Responsibilities A Production Associate assists in the operations of Manufacturing and the products it produces. As a team member of the Snapdragon Hemp Warehouse you will be expected to complete tasks but not limited to: Work at different stations as production requires. Basic program and systems understanding for record keeping. Inspect, weigh, and package products. Monitor flow of product into processing machinery. Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules and efficient operation of equipment. Report any production waste to upper management. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Organizing supplies and raw materials into inventory per sheet to shelf. Assist with training new staff members upon their onboard process. Set up production equipment and materials needed for the day. Packaging and labeling Flower trimming-quality control procedures Unloading and loading trucks of product inbound or outbound. Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged and labeled correctly Keeping records of assignments completed and in process. Adhering to FDA/Agriculture protocols including filling out cleaning logs. Disassemble and reassemble required production equipment to clean and dry. Assist with other tasks needed Qualifications & Skills Required A strong, proactive attitude. May be required to lift up to 40 lbs Flexible and enthusiastic to new business development and learning procedures Excellent attention to detail and works well under pressure to deadlines High level of numeracy and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of managing own workload and confident in liaising all levels of the warehouse facility Pay Entry-level pay for this position is $13/hr, periodic performance reviews are done for potential growth if merited.
