About Bellanomi:

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-focused Production Lead to oversee daily production tasks — primarily packing our popular net sponges and labeling/packaging finished creams and soaps produced by our lab team. What You’ll Do:

Supervise daily production activities, including packing sponges and labeling/boxing finished skincare products Train and guide production team members to ensure tasks are done accurately and efficiently Monitor quality control at every stage to maintain Bellanomi’s high product standards Organize workflows and allocate team resources to meet daily production targets Track inventory of raw and packing materials; communicate supply needs promptly Identify opportunities to improve workflows and maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment Work closely with Fulfillment and Warehouse Lead to ensure products are ready on time for orders Troubleshoot production issues and suggest process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of production, light manufacturing, or assembly experience (leadership or supervisor experience strongly preferred) Excellent attention to detail and quality standards Strong organizational and time management skills Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed Interest in skincare or beauty products is a plus!
