Role Overview :
As Fiberglass Lamination Specialist you will assist in the building of fiberglass pools by layering (a.k.a. laminate) fiberglass onto molds. Team members work together to spray the mold with catalyst and resin using pneumatic spray guns with fiberglass strand chopper attachments, removing the entrapped air and smoothing out the glass and resin mixture to ensure a quality laminated product. This position will require working together as a team and proactively looking for quality concerns.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working with fiberglass lamination or within a similar industry Ability to pass a pulmonary function evaluation Ability to wear a respirator Flexibility and willingness to cross-train within the department and help in other departments Experience communicating effectively in a team environment Punctuality, dependability, and detailed oriented. Knowledge of chemical handling and disposal Experience using resin, glass, catalyst, gelcoat, and related materials. Why Join Us?
