  Our client specializes in providing the healthcare industry with high quality stainless steel medical equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to set-up, bend, form, stretch, and straighten metal plates, metal extrusions, formed sheet metal, and weldments. Candidates MUST have Brake Press set-up experience to be considered. Pay will be based off experience.

• $25 per hour
  shift: Second
  work hours: 12:30 PM
• 9 PM
  education: High School Responsibilities
• Set up and operate hydraulic press brakes to bend stainless steel parts according to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine the correct bending sequence.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. .
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator required
• Experience with Trumpf and Amada presses preferred but not required
• Proficient in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
• Set-up experience required
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of hydraulic press brake safety protocols
• Willingness to work overtime as needed The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment
