PRODUCTION LINE ASSOCIATE I A

manufacturer of marine trailer components located in Lenoir City, TN is seeking a full-time Production Line Associate to work in our plant. Our company produces mission critical components for the light and medium duty trailer market, including axles, actuators, and hydraulic brake components. No prior manufacturing experience is required. If you are new to manufacturing and want to gain manufacturing experience, we will provide training. Hours are 7am to 4pm. This position reports to Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include:

Produce products based on written, verbal or diagram instruction. Pay attention to accuracy to meet quality control standards. Be willing to cross train on different production stations. Inspect parts and assemblies for quality. Prep and unpackaging for production needs Measure manufacturing tolerances with various measurement tools. As experience grows, we will train you to run multiple pieces of metal fabrication machinery.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 60 pounds. Must have experience with using hand tools. Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment. Experience on a production line a plus but not required. Willing to be trained to drive a forklift and use a pallet jack.
