Job Description
Essential Job Functions The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
- Professional in attitude and performance in leadership of staff
- Work in conjunctions with other departments for positive production results
- Inspection of product every hour or more frequently depending if the job is complex or critical in its design or use
- Knowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line you are responsible for
- Responsible for reconciliation to ensure accuracy of job
- Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job
- Perform all functions as required in WMS
- Responsible for training line workers in all aspects of production line work
- Responsible for maintaining company safety environment
- Responsible for effectively ensuring company procedures and policies are being followed Education & Experience
- Education Desired – High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system
- Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
- Ability to plan in advance for production in your area
- Ability to interpret instructions both oral and written
- Ability to produce at a high level through your staff
- Ability to work with plant management for required results
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system Physical Requirements & Work Environment
