We are hiring for Production Workers to build our delicious Sandwich Bros. and Odom’s Tennessee Pride sandwiches. You will report to a Production Line Supervisor and join a team of about 400 associates.

Hourly Rate:

$19.50 an hour plus 0.50 cents shift differential Benefits Start Day One of Employment! What Impact Will You Have On Our Business? You will be making Odom’s Tennessee Pride and Sandwich Bros.’s sandwich products by hand. This would include adding meat and/or cheese within the biscuit or flatbread pocket. You will help to perform product checks on Sandwich Bros. and Odom’s Tennessee Pride products to ensure quality for our consumers Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, you as production worker will play an active role Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area You will follow Quality Assurance standards Production workers will be trained and developed to support any position on the production line

Do You Have What It Takes:

Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like, lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, using your hands in freezer environment This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us, we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment
