Role:

The Production Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, primarily focusing on the assembly of automotive components and the operation of plastic injection machinery. This position is essential for ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Operators will work closely with team members to streamline processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. The end result of this role is the efficient and effective production of high-quality automotive parts that meet industry standards. Ultimately, the Production Operator contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing facility and the satisfaction of our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Basic understanding of automotive assembly processes and plastic injection molding.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical certification in manufacturing or a related field. Experience with automated machinery and robotics. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery used in automotive assembly and plastic injection processes. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and resolve any operational issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Document production data and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
