1 SUMMARY

OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as a member of the Materials department and in coordination with the area leaders and schedulers to train and lead associates in material handling functions while providing guidance and instructions for work in assigned areas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Work daily with area leaders and schedulers to determine production/assembly requirements. Ensure timely reporting and replenishment of components to minimize manufacturing/assembly downtime. Maintain inventory accuracy and organization of MRB and rework areas. Maintain inventory integrity programs. Address daily issues to ensure key objectives are obtained. Insure timely scrap disposal and disbursement of RGA material. Ensure incoming receipts are processed and stocked within 24 hours Process all Shipping/receiving paperwork correctly and in accordance with accounting guidelines Assist Material Coordinator with moving material handlers around to maximize production

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED/RECOMMENDED

Six months material handling in a manufacturing environment recommended. One-year inventory control experience preferred. Knowledge of ISO requirements. Ability to react in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze and resolve inventory inaccuracies. Solid communication skills. Ability to adapt to change. Competent with all required documentation.
