$18/HR (Paid upon verification & completion of the 2 days) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and assembly, with the ability to work effectively in a factory environment. As a Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various components according to specifications, ensuring quality and precision in every task. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications. Utilize hand tools and machinery for assembly tasks, ensuring proper techniques are applied. Assemble packages of finished products for shipment or storage. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet established standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred. Strong understanding of basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Ability to operate various hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. Experience with welding techniques is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
