Job Title:

Flex Worker – Olive Branch Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Flex Worker to join our team. This position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM, but flexibility is required as the shift may vary to a Midday shift from 10 AM to 7 PM depending on production needs. The role involves performing general labor duties such as cleaning, loading, unloading, picking, packing, verification, and maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work history in labor roles and exhibit good mechanical aptitude. The Flex Worker will receive training in various areas including blasting, coating, machine operation, shipping, and more as part of our cross-training program. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, loading, unloading, picking, packing, and verification. Operate machinery and equipment such as blasting and coating machines. Assist with shipping, palletizing, and inventory control. Utilize a sit-down forklift for moving, shipping, and receiving products. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to prevent costly errors. Follow standardized processes without deviation. Collaborate with the team and support various roles as needed. Essential Skills Ability to lift 40 pounds. 1+ year of general labor experience. 1+ year of warehouse experience. Positive attitude and adaptability for cross-training. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of hand tool experience. 1+ year of manufacturing experience. Why Work Here? The finishing department, where this position is located, has a newly installed ventilation system to enhance the work area’s comfort and desirability. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Mississippi. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00/hr.
