Brother Boulevard, Bartlett, TN 38133 We are looking for a focused and dedicated Cell Leader for our night shift operations. Experience in the Medical manufacturing sector is preferred but not required. Knowledge of CNC Milling, CNC Lathes, and CNC Swiss machines is a plus. The job scope of the Night Shift Cell Leader within Odyssey Medical Technologies will include, but is not limited to the following duties:
- Management and support of night shift personnel
- Overseeing operations of the production floor at night to ensure maximum productivity
- Ensuring the quality standards are maintained and safety procedures are adhered to
- Training of night shift personnel both current and new
- Troubleshooting machining problems on the production floor
- Producing parts using CNC equipment that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop to include all work areas and equipment
