Production Associate in Signage Orca Printing Memphis, TN 38118 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced production facility. The ideal candidate will possess some knowledge and experience with various Digital Copiers, Vinyl Machines, Finishing equipment used in production. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient assembly and fabrication of print products while maintaining high-quality standards. Duties Follow Instructions and Understand Customer Expectations. Operate Digital Equipment safely and effectively. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Operate a Digial Vinyl Cutter and Weed and Mask Decals. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise. Inspect all Print Products for Quality and Counts. Package Print Items according to Customer Expectations Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a Print or Sign setting is preferred. Experience Operating and Print or Signage Equipment. Familiarity the print processes and warehouse operations is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
