$17/hour starting pay | Weekdays, Full-Time or Part-Time | 2 weeks PTO | No benefits currently Position Overview The Production Team Member supports the fast-paced processing of historic press photographs, handling repetitive tasks with care and precision. Responsibilities include cleaning, scanning, and shipping photos, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. Team members are cross-trained across all production tasks and play a key role in meeting daily photo output goals. Photos span a wide range of historical topics and events — including sensitive or graphic content — so team members should be comfortable working with emotionally or visually challenging material on occasion. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare physical photographs for scanning Digitally scan and process historic press images Package and ship completed photo orders Perform light cleaning and workspace upkeep Stay focused and accurate while completing highly repetitive tasks Help the team meet daily photo output targets (initially 8,000/day, scaling to 16,000/day) Requirements No previous experience required — full training provided Comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work Able to stay on pace and maintain accuracy under time pressure Must be able to lift boxes up to 20 lbs Willingness to occasionally work with photos that include sensitive or graphic content Basic computer familiarity preferred Schedule & Growth Weekday shifts between 8 AM and 5 PM Flexible options for Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities for growth as the production team expands significantly in the coming year Daily work involves a mix of vintage photos, computers, and scanners
