We’re hiring dedicated Production Leads / Supervisors to join our team and supervise the 2nd shift or the 3rd Shift. Must be able to read a tape measure. #IND123
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the production area
- Lead and train production staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance for any mechanical issues that may arise
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
