Full Job Description Production Team Lead Position Overview:

REGENESIS

is the world’s leader in the development of production and environmental restoration products. Our Gallatin, TN facility is rapidly expanding and has an opening for a Production Team Lead. The Production Team Leader will be a working production leader with the responsibility of overseeing daily production while ensuring that safety, quality, and policy standards are met. This role involves leading a team of production workers, staying on schedule, and following best practices to optimize the production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in production manufacturing and a passion for achieving the best out of the employees and self.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and supervise day-to-day production requirements to ensure efficient workflow.
• Responsible for ensuring all production workers follow company safety procedures, and policies. Ability to supervise, train and mentor team of production workers, also assisting in the hiring and disciplinary actions of production workers.
• Effectively and accurately fill out all required paperwork.
• Participate in regular team meetings.

Follow SOP’s and make suggestions for when documents should be updated.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associates or experience in a related field preferred. Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a lead position. Understanding of manufacturing processes. Excellent leader, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay/Benefits:

The position will be within the range of $30.48/hour to $35.00/hour plus overtime.
