Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Content Production Assistant who’s eager to learn, ready to work hard, and excited to support our content creation process from behind the scenes. This full-time role is critical to keeping our production days running smoothly and our workshop organized and efficient. If you’re someone who’s resourceful, reliable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Workshop & Project Support:
Assist in the setup and execution of woodworking and DIY projects Work directly with the team during build days to help move projects forward Load/unload tools, materials, and supplies
Tool, Equipment & Material Management:
Maintain and organize all shop tools and gear Ensure tools are clean, functional, and stored properly Handle incoming material deliveries and store them efficiently Make supply runs to local stores (Home Depot, etc.) as needed
Production Setup & Support:
Set up lights, cameras, and other equipment for shoots Break down and store all gear after filming Keep production areas clean and ready for the next shoot
Media Management:
Transfer and organize audio/video files after filming Ensure all gear and media is ready to go for the next day Optional (Nice to Have): Assist with filming basic video content Edit short clips for Instagram or TikTok under guidance from our editor
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and willingness to do what needs to be done Ability to learn quickly and adapt on the fly Comfortable working with your hands and using tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials Detail-oriented and organized Familiarity with video equipment and Google Workspace a plus Basic woodworking, DIY or tools experience
