Position type: Hourly
Plansee USA is looking for a Production Support team member. 1st
Shift:
Monday•Friday; 6:00 am•2:30 pm.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Operate manufacturing equipment (i.e., ultrasonic cleaning tank, tumbler, deburring) achieving print specifications including quality and through-put.
Work from established procedures and prescribed operation sequences to achieve parts per print and quality specification.
Perform hand rework functions such as deburring, polishing, sorting, counting, packing and part cleaning.
Operate water-based part cleaning equipment to clean parts.
Return tool crib items to stock and perform tool crib cycle counts.
Clean-up and maintenance of equipment in shop areas as needed.
Perform material reclaim chip spinning functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing production environment.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
High level proficiency in reading and interpreting machining and fabrication drawings.
Solid math, geometry and trigonometry skills and understanding GD&T.
Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
