We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficientSales Engineer to relocate to Franklin, TN. This role focuses ondriving sales of air fuel components designed for power sportsapplications, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and otherrecreational vehicles. The ideal candidate will combine technicalknowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills toprovide innovative solutions that meet customer needs. ClientDetails Our client is a legacy supplier of mechanical components,wire harnesses, and PCBA for power sport and lawn & gardenmachinery. The client is an international organization with over 70years of excellence in electromechanical products. More recently,they’ve been scaling up their market presence in the US,specifically in the power sports sector. Description Key Responsibilities:

Identify andpursue new business opportunities in the power sports and lawn &garden industry. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs,suppliers, and key decision-makers. Develop and execute salesstrategies to achieve revenue targets. Provide technical supportand product recommendations to customers. Collaborate with designand engineering teams to customize PCB solutions. Present technicalpresentations and product demonstrations to clients. Act as themain point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.

Resolve technical and logistical issues efficiently. Ensurecustomer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions. Monitormarket trends and competitor activities in the power sports sector.

Gather customer feedback to inform product development. ProfileBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, or a related technical field. 3 years of salesexperience, preferably in PCBs or related technical products.

Familiarity with power sports applications is a strong advantage.

Strong technical understanding of PCB design, manufacturing, andapplications. Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MicrosoftOffice Suite. Willingness to travel as required (up to 30%). Mayinclude interntional travel on an as needed basis. Valid driver’slicense and reliable transportation. Job Offer $130,000 – $170,000total compensation, based on experience. Healthcare, vision, dentalinsurance plans. 401K with employer contribution, as well as acompany pension plan.
