The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and manufacturing , with experience in various aspects of manufacturing processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure quality production while adhering to safety standards and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment related to closet projects. Palletize and get shipments ready for pick up Prepare hardware orders for jobs Make sure all products meet quality control standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure jobs are complete and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing / warehouse environments Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations. Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
